Position Summary

As a PSP Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous high acceptance rate of implemented payment methods. This position involves managing and optimizing payment processes, addressing technical issues, and performing reconfigurations in back-office systems and payment aggregator tools such as PIQ and Praxis. Strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of the iGaming payment landscape are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and analyse payment method performance, identifying areas for improvement to ensure high acceptance rates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies for optimizing the payment process.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external partners in addressing payment-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to payment methods promptly.
  • Perform reconfigurations in back-office systems and payment aggregator tools (e.g., PIQ, Praxis) to enhance payment method acceptance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary changes and updates.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of payment method configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles for common payment-related queries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and support teams, to ensure a seamless payment experience for users.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years in a similar position).
  • Proven experience in technical support or payment operations within the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with payment aggregator tools such as PIQ and Praxis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of payment processing technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience with reconfiguring payment methods in back-office systems and payment aggregator tools.
  • Understanding of PCI-DSS compliance and other relevant security standards.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to maintaining high payment acceptance rates.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced iGaming environment.
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills.
