Position Summary

As a PSP Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for Payments Product testing, keep departments updated on any changes to PSPs, be the first point of contact for our PSP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Constantly monitor queues on systems to ensure there is no outstanding tasks. (Monitor and follow up existing ones and investigate new requests).
  • Payments Product testing, spotting potential issues and reporting them accordingly, then monitoring and following up on the issues that were spotted.
  • Build, keep information materials up to date.
  • Notify all relevant departments about changes related to PSPs without relying on the Line Manager’s direct request. The Line Manager will be consulted, however, should a decision need to be taken to have the changes implemented.
  • Data input.
  • Handle internal and external queries, from numerous sources and identify the appropriate processes and procedures to resolve them.
  • Constantly seek improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for the PSP Specialist. Allocate tasks accordingly to the Junior PSP Specialist based on the above duties and assist the Junior with any inquiries that might arise.
  • Coordinate with the PSP Configuration Team Leader regarding existing projects that might require the assistance of the Junior Specialist. Make sure, along with the Configurations Team Leader to balance the Specialist’s time to be able to assist both without sides, without slowing down or negatively impacting the workflow.
  • Schedule and hold call with the PSPs about potential new markets and products that might be of interest.
  • Prepare reports for the Product Owner as instructed and requested.
  • Assist the Product Owner in cost analysis and mitigation by compiling and structuring data as needed. Liaise with all relevant departments to achieve this.
  • Other tasks as may be requested by line manager.
