Procurement Manager | iGamingPlatform

About the role

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and procurement activities for iGaming Platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the procurement process and developing strategic sourcing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, taking into account the unique needs of the iGaming industry, particularly those related to Game providers.
• Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and negotiating contracts to ensure value for money and high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and resolving issues related to the delivery of products and services, with a focus on ensuring the highest level of service and value.
• Monitoring and reporting on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract compliance. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including internal controls and regulatory requirements specific to the iGaming industry.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, as well as external suppliers. You will provide guidance and support to other departments on procurement-related matters, with a focus on ensuring that the procurement needs of iGaming Platform are met.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and contract management within the iGaming industry.
• Managing supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations, particularly with Game providers. You will develop a deep understanding of the iGaming industry’s unique procurement needs and negotiate contracts that align with the company’s goals.
• Ensuring that procurement activities are in compliance with industry regulations and the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Managing spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract compliance reporting.

About You

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management, with a focus on the iGaming industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively, with a particular focus on the unique procurement needs of the iGaming industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform procurement decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools, with experience using tools specific to the iGaming industry a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to procurement and contract management within the iGaming industry.
