About the role:

As we continue to enhance our current product offerings and explore new business opportunities, we are looking for a new Account Manager for our commercial team. The core responsibility of our newly formed Account Management team will be to transform new business deals into enduring partnerships. We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager who excels at fostering client relationships and achieving KPIs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our iGaming clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
  • Understand and communicate the technical and commercial aspects of our products and services to clients.
  • Provide support to clients and ensure that their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients, and to the head of account management on account status and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and advice to clients on how to leverage them to achieve their goals.

About You:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and account management in a previous role is mandatory.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, along with a strong motivation to achieve KPIs.
  • You are a tech-savvy individual with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with Atlassian suite (or similar systems), coupled with excellent administrative skills.
  • A professional and responsible approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and fluency in any other additional languages especially Spanish and Portuguese is considered a plus.
