About the role

We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and work together with our account management team and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the iGaming industry, and platform experience is desired. Technical account management experience is considered a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team of account managers to ensure that clients receive excellent service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and reduce churn.
  • Ensure that account managers have the necessary resources and training to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the account management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that clients’ needs are being met.
  • Attend industry events to promote the company and develop relationships with potential clients.
  •  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience managing a team of account managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Platform experience desired.
  • Technical account management experience considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
