About the role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll gather, analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll work with stakeholders to design reports and dashboards, present actionable recommendations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, works well independently and in teams, and keeps up-to-date with industry trends to enhance data analysis capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable information.
• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze extensive datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through well-crafted reports, visualizations, and engaging presentations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understanding their unique data requirements and providing analytical support accordingly.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using user-friendly data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to address specific business challenges and answer critical questions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance data quality to drive operational efficiency.
• Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure consistency and reliability throughout the organization.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Effectively communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Strong skills in working with large datasets and applying statistical techniques.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data collection, cleaning, and integrity processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of iGaming industry metrics, trends, and regulations is a plus.
• Up-to-date with data analysis advancements and best practices.
• Attention to detail, passion for data-driven decision-making, and eagerness to learn and grow.
