Position Summary

The compliance officer will assist with the needs and requirements of the iGamingGroup.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Update and record keeping of the IGP groups’ corporate documents.
  • Upkeep of company policies and procedures on the centralized system.
  • Maintain the contract system with agreements and supporting documentation
  • Be the designated employee of the MLRO & DPO for STR filings with FIAU and MGA
  • Assist with MGA and other Authorities requests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks in relation to (Licence, AML & Financial) Audits
  • Assist Management with ongoing projects
  • Handle the due diligence process with
  • Authorities and game providers.
  • When onboarding new B2C clients
  • When onboarding new B2B clients

B2C Curacao:

Onboarding of new Marketing Partners:

  • Draft of Marketing Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.
  • Collection of Due Diligence.
  • Registration of the brand under our License.
  • Activation seal.
  • Draft of Legal Texts (Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy)
  • Addendum to client agreements to include Game Providers, PSP’s, and other services.
  • PSP’s Compliance Due Diligence.
  • CEG License reviews.
  • Player Complaints through the authority (Curacao eGaming).

Corporate Compliance:

  • Collection of Fresh Due Diligence for our Curacao Set-Up.
  • Banking compliance for all companies involved in our Curacao Set-Up.
  • Submission of Due Diligence Documentation.
  • Filling out forms and obtaining relevant signatures.
  • Preparation of POA.
  • Agreements between internal companies (i.e. Service Agreements with IGP Operations Ltd)

B2B Compliance (Platform):

Onboarding of new clients:

  • Preparation of new agreements.
  • Collection of Due Diligence.
  • Agreements between our companies in order to get ready the platform reselling through Curacao.


The candidate must have at least one year of legal experience.
