About the role

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our account management team at iGaming Platform. As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and finance functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in invoicing, sales, and a keen in commercial.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to provide administrative support and assist in managing client accounts effectively.
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring adherence to company policies and contractual agreements.
  • Maintain and update invoicing records, ensuring all relevant information is captured and reconciled with sales data.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile billing discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Support the sales team by managing and organizing sales-related data, including customer information, sales contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, highlighting any trends or issues to the account management team.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing queries or concerns related to invoicing, payments, and sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.

 

About You

  • Previous experience in invoicing, preferably in a sales or account management role within the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with finance principles and processes is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales and finance, with a willingness to learn and develop in these areas.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and sales-related documentation.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as invoicing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to industry regulations.
