About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director and the C-level team, the Business Development Manager for LATAM will be responsible for driving and implementing commercial strategies to increase the company’s customer base and revenue across the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, culture, and language.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute business plans to establish the company as a leading B2B solutions provider within LATAM, with a focus on Brazil.
- Increase the company’s customer portfolio and market share across the region.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities that drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services, and ensure that potential customers have a clear understanding of their value proposition.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant networking opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging those relationships to drive profitable business growth.
- Develop and execute sales forecasts and plans, ensuring that targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Sell the full suite of products and services offered by the company, including white-label solutions, platform-only services, and games aggregator offerings.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, and be attentive to customer needs to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches that meet the needs of potential customers.
- Other duties as required to support the growth of the business.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets in the LATAM market.
- A deep understanding of the LATAM market, culture, and language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and business development strategies.
- Experience working in the B2B technology industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within LATAM and occasionally internationally.
