B2C Account Manager | iGamingGroup
WHO WE ARE
As a B2C Account manager you will be the face of our client operations, assisting in all things Casino. We are looking for someone who is highly personable, good at building relationships and has a flare for communication, both face to face and via different digital platforms.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing client portfolios on a day-to-day basis.
- Handling any short and long-term issues or projects for clients.
- Acting as a bridge between client and company for any requirements.
- Handling reporting, ticketing and requests from clients.
- Reporting to Head of AM on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ongoing growth monitoring of clients, with a view on increased monthly growth in tracked reporting.
- Working with the promotions team on monthly and ongoing client promotions.
- Working on identifying payments markets, and available areas for clients to move in to.
- Working towards a full working knowledge of the platform and systems.
- Understanding and adapting the client’s need to fit in with the company’s long-term growth models.
- Native English speaking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry.
- Experience using a ticketing system (Jira, etc).
