Position Summary

As Account Manager you will maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers whilst working closely with Project Managers, Promotions, Tech and Client Integration teams to ensure an effective delivery date of products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Working with clients in optimising ROI across gaming products by providing training sessions and other support where necessary.
  • Being responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters.
  • Working with clients to ensure the continual improvement of service for all parties.
  • Maintaining an internal and external knowledge transfer by understanding the clients’ business models and delivering training on product functionalities, new features and payment methods.
  • Managing all operational issues that impact smooth delivery of client requests in an efficient and timely manner through proper handling and ticketing.
  • Working with Project Managers, Promotions, Tech and Client Integration teams to ensure an effective delivery date of products and services including the launch of new client projects of both White label and Platform clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Collecting, verifying and ranking clients’ requirements for new feature requests and functions.
  • Conducting regular review reports as specified by the Head of AM for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solving customer needs in a proactive manner and search for development opportunities related to payments, markets, and available areas for clients to move in to which fit in with iGP’s long-term growth plan.
  • Understanding relevant industry sectors including payments, player account management platforms, and iGP products and services including platform and systems.
  • Reviewing and analysing data in order to identify key trends in the market.
  • Occasional communication with clients and team members outside of office hours when necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Prior experience within a B2B Account Manager role.
  • iGaming industry experience (Platform/Whitelabel clients considered a plus).
  • General knowledge about payments, game providers, marketing, affiliates, customer support, content and development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Diligent, organised, self-motivated and result-driven whilst being able to use their own initiative.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Strong presentation, communication and numerical skills.
  • Team player, with an ability to multitask. attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a social environment and create strong connections with industry individuals.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams is a must) and prior experience with JIRA, Confluence useful.
