About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at iGaming Platform. As an Account Manager for Game Aggregation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with game developers, suppliers, and content providers. Your primary focus will be to manage the integration and distribution of gaming content onto our platform, ensuring a seamless and diverse gaming experience for our players.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for game developers and suppliers, fostering strong and productive relationships.
  • Manage the process of integrating new gaming content into our platform and ensuring smooth deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of gaming products and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  • Identify and onboard new game developers and content providers to expand the portfolio of gaming offerings on our platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to game developers and suppliers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of gaming content on our platform, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to generate reports and insights that drive data-driven decisions and optimizations.
  • Ensure that all gaming content on our platform complies with relevant regulations, licenses, and agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory changes, ensuring our platform adheres to all necessary requirements.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming industry, preferably within Game Aggregation.
  • Strong understanding of game development and content providers in the iGaming market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms and content integration processes is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing, and compliance is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
