Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-year of relevant experience in a recruitment capacity, either with an agency or in-house within the iGaming sector. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of the whole recruitment process for the company, including advertising, building a portfolio of candidates, interviewing, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a fully remote Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will hold an accounting degree or similar studies and will have at least 2 years of accounting experience. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of accounting principles and a good knowledge of VAT.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our expanding Product Team. The Product Manager will be responsible for designing and growing various products. You will be defining and pushing forward the product roadmap, collaborating with engineers, designers and marketing to build fantastic products for web and mobile. We require the candidate to have at least 2 years of experience in a product management role, and proficiency in creating and explaining user flows, flowcharts, wireframes, and other product-related diagrams.
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our expanding Product Team. They will play a critical role in using their expertise in UI and UX to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces for all form factors. The Product Designer will be the team’s design leader by taking ownership of the design process, collaborating with product managers to assist in defining priorities and turn requirements into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. The candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in consumer-focused companies. Experience in using Seplin, Invision and other prototyping tools is also a plus.

Customer Support Agents
We are looking for French and German Speaking Customer Support Agents to join our enthusiastic and motivated team. This is a full-time remote working position. As a Customer Support Agent, you will interact directly with our players, in a multichannel, multi-language, multi-brand, 24/7/365 operation. Providing players with prompt and accurate answers to their needs and the best customer experience in the gambling industry. You will be providing friendly and efficient chat and email support 24/7 across several brands, offering help with basic technical assistance regarding games, verification, accounts, monetary transactions, and other concerns stated by the player, acting as an advocate for the player when necessary.
We are looking for a KYC and Risk Agent who will be responsible for performing Know Your Customer checks. By verifying player documentation across both MGA and Curacao gambling licenses, you will act as an approver and first point of contact for queries related to player KYC, risk and documentation. You will be expected to focus on player accounts and reaching defined thresholds as well as reporting anything suspicious to Management, MLRO or other Key Stakeholders in the business.
