We are now looking for French-speaking customer support agents who are able to work remotely to strengthen our existing team of customer support professionals. A Customer Support Agent at IGamingGroup will act as a liaison, provide information regarding product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that the players might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Friendly and efficient 24/7 emails and LiveChat support in French;
- Basic technical assistance regarding games, verification, accounts, and transactions;
- Solve customer requests effectively within a few minutes;
- Promotion advertisement
- Ensure excellent service standards;
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ accounts through open and interactive communication;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the same time limits; follow up to ensure full resolutions;
- Cashier activity related to player transactions (deposit, withdrawal, cash flow);
- Uploading player KYC documents;
- Identify the player’s needs and ensure that they leave the casino with an ultimate experience.
- Native level of French language
- Good grasp of the English language both written and spoken
- Good attitude towards customers
- Dynamic and Hardworking
- Computer illiterate
- Willing to work on a shift basis
